Welcome to the Deaf Surf History website! I’m Jon Savage. What’s up with this new website? Let me give you a brief explanation. I’ve been surfing for long time. I am Deaf and I have always been into history. I’ve met many Deaf surfers out there. I really enjoy their stories and sharing pictures and films with them. Now I wonder if the world will enjoy the history of Deaf surfers. I’m anxious to collect their stories and make a documentary film to show to the world. In the near future there will more coming on this website!

It is Kim Hungerford-Carwile from down under living in the states. My best friend’s husband surf at Bell’s beach which is not as far as Melbourne on the left of the state of Victoria. I have recommended them and others to contact you. I gave them your website information.
